Last year I made Holiday Coffee for my father in law. I got it out of a Cosmopolitan magazine. So I figured if you’re looking for an inexpensive gift for your favorite coffee drinker you might wanna give this a shot.
Holiday Coffee
1 pound medium-bodied coffee (like Colombian)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
In a large bowl, combine coffee with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
Use the back of a knife to scrape vanilla beans from the pod into the coffee mixture. Mix well.
Place in a big jar or coffee bags that can be found at craft stores or kitchen supply stores.
This is what your supposed to end up with (I’m well aware that the tag says Hot Chocolate but it was all I could find. LOL)
